Business Law

Our firm represents all types of business organizations in a wide range of business transactions. TOSC’s attorneys negotiate and draft many types of business and financial agreements. Often these documents must be prepared not only to accomplish the specific goals at hand, but also take to take account of other considerations, such as taxes or estate planning, which require skill in several areas of law.

TOSC also assists clients in matters arising out of business relationships, such as breach of contract, tortious interference with business relationships and business dissolutions when prior business relationships cannot be amicably dissolved. TOSC has also handled business tort claims, including fraud, arising from the sale or purchase of a business.
